He was tremendously supportive in giving facts and examples re. the variance of prices as well as deftly handling the possibilities of using your equipment at a lower rate. It was his patience and understanding with the comparisons that led us to question our present premium and how often the equipment is renewed or even checked. We have since recieved a promise of financial renumeration, a free period of rental and a reduced rate in future months.
