Recycling your old product for Free

If you are renting a new electrical item, we will recycle your old one for FREE when you bring you old product to our permisis in Isleworth.

We can also help you dispose of your old appliance in an environmentally way by offering a collection service on a like for like when we delivery your new appliance for £15 for television and £20 for kitchen appliances.

Why recycle?

Unwanted electrical equipment is the UK’s fastest growing type of waste.

Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and also human health.

To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with this symbol) in your bin.

What is WEEE and the Regulations 2013 ?

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires UK distributors to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of WEEE. UK distributors (including retailers) are required to provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge.

How are we helping?

As a responsible retailer, we offer a like for like take back free of charge for customer collecting or a small transport charge for in home deliveries, this is offered up to 28 Days from the Purchase or Hire date , Items are stored then regularly collected by our nominated carrier for recycling currently Wastecare.
